Voices Of Hertfordshire

At our Fair Field Junior School, we are proud to have a team of Inclusion Ambassadors who actively take part in Voices of Hertfordshire—a county-wide initiative that brings together children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), as well as those who are passionate about promoting inclusion.

Through this inspiring project, our ambassadors share their personal stories and experiences of inclusion, both in school and in the wider community. Their voices help raise awareness, foster understanding, and provide support for other young people with SEND across Hertfordshire.

Our ambassadors took part in the Great Big Get-together, where they enjoyed a range of inclusive workshops and even had the chance to dance with the incredible Purple All Stars. They’ve also created their own videos for the Voices of Hertfordshire YouTube channel, offering encouragement, advice, and a sense of connection for children with SEND.

By participating in this initiative, our Inclusion Ambassadors are making a real difference—championing diversity, inclusion, and the message that no one is alone.
